"I think, therefore I am" this is what "Cogito ergo sum" of the Famous philosopher Descartes. This a deep philosophical statement from where Western philosophy is said to have its origin. Good...Lets have our own path. Can we say "I feel, therefore I am". Yes, let I prove this with some simple examples. We feel pain and pleasure and there we sense we exist. We feel good and bad about some thing and there we sense we exist. Do we think always...? What is that keeps the hand to retreat when a flame is touched? Is that the thought or the feeling? Right hand fingers, elbows, arms. Repeat with Left side. Move up to shoulders, Throat. Become aware and relax Forehead, Ey...
